WTI Oil 2x Short Daily ETP

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

 

Boost WTI Oil 2x Short Daily ETP is a fully collateralised, UCITS eligible ETC. The ETC provides a total return comprised of two times the inverse daily performance of the NASDAQ Commodity Crude Oil ER index, which reflects an investment in front-month WTI oil futures, plus the interest revenue earned on the collateralised amount. 

For example, if the index rises by 1% over a day, then the ETC will fall by 2%, excluding fees. However if the index falls by 1% over a day, then the ETC will rise by 2%, excluding fees.

NASDAQ COMMODITY CRUDE OIL ER INDEX

The NASDAQ Commodity Crude Oil ER Index is designed to reflect an investment in front-month NYMEX Crude Oil commodity futures contracts, rolling monthly out of the expiring front-month contract and into the next front-month contract. The index measures excess return performance based on the futures price performance and the roll return. However, the ETC provides a total return performance which also includes the interest revenue on the collateralised amount.
